• Going to JAKIM at Putrajaya with my boss, Dr Marzuki and Mohd Nur Faizuddin for a meeting about the normal book transcription to Braille book.
• Had meeting with my boss Dr Marzuki and Mr Sheon, Mr Abu, En Nasrol and Madam Fiza about the launching of the Quran Braille.

• Going to Mostic Kementerian Sains dan Inovasi at Putrajaya with Mr Abu, Puvendren, Farhanuddean, Faizuddin, Ahmad Nazri, Noor Atiqah, Nur Atikah, and me Jasmalina.
• We had meeting with Pn Anita, Pn Nur Rokiah, Mr Mohaizal and Pn Helni. We discuss about the Braille publishing and at the same time we get more information about what is Mostic.
• After that me (Jasmalina), Mr Abu, Mohd Nur Faizuddin, Nur Atikah and Noor Atiqah went to Damansara to meet a client (Mr Roslan).

• Continue to do a slide for a meeting with Kementerian Sains dan Inovasi (MOSTI). Nur Atikah, Noor Atiqah, Mohammed Farhanuddean, Puvendren and Mohd Nur Faizuddin also help me to do this task.
• Get a company information such as vision, mission, objective and tenders from my big boss Dr Marzuki.

• Had meeting with my big boss, Dr Marzuki and my partner Nur Atikah about the appoinment letter for the government agencies.
• Mr Abu ask me to do a slide for a meeting with Kementerian Sains dan Inovasi (MOSTI). Nur Atikah, Noor Atiqah, Mohammed Farhanuddean, Puvendren and Mohd Nur Faizuddin also help me to do this task.
• Go to Putrajaya with Mr Abu and Ahmad Nazri to send a DO (Delivery Order) and Invois at department Text Book under Kementerian Pelajaran Malaysia.

• Mr Sheon call me (Jasmalina) and Nur Atikah to discuss about the permission letter for the government agencies. 
• We make a correction for the letter and search name all the publishing director in government agencies.
• We call for follow up with ministry to make sure they are already receive fax of our letter from MMASTEC.
• We also make an appoiment date between ministry and MMASTEC.
• Get the appointment with Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation on 12-11-2010 at Putrajaya. 
• Helping Noor Atiqah Zulkifli to search company address.

• We had meeting with Mr Sheon and Mr Wong.
• Mr Sheon brief and follow up with us about our task.
• Mr Sheon also brief about the job flow which is for the government agencies are handle by Miss Mimi, Me (Jasmalina) and Nur Atikah and for the funds are handle by Miss Fiza, Ahmad Nazri and Noor Atiqah. Miss Shelly is handle admission part and for the publisher part are handle by Mr Abu, Miss Mimi, Mohamed Farhanuddean, Puvendren and Mohd Nur Faizuddin. The marketing are handle by Mr Abu and Mr Sheon.
• Mr Sheon ask me to get the information about Yayasan Tun Razak.

• Having a meeting with Mr Sheon and Mr Wong regarding the flow of our work.
  
• In that meeting, we have divide into two groups which is Noor Atiqah and Ahmad Nazri was assigned to provision of funds letter for each company to translation ordinary print books to Braille printing.They have guide by Kak Fiza, one of staff of MMASTEC Engineering company.
• Atikah and Jasmalina (Me) was guide by Kak Mimi to write a permission letter to the government agencies for make an appointment regarding for translation book into Braille printing.
• For the making of appointment letter for each government company to translation ordinary print books to Braille printing, we ( me and Nur Atikah )was assigned to prepare a letter and fax to each company that be given. Kak Fiza, Mohamed Farhanuddean, Puvendren, and Mohd Nur Faizuddin will help us to call each company to make sure that letter had been received.

• Continue with our task which is make the braille from the normal text book and transform it into braille (doing the collage for Buku Teks Darjah 1 Matematik)
• Having a meeting with Mr Sheon regarding for distribution of duties and the management.
• Given a task to list down all the government agencies and organization structure for project translation Cerita Sastera as a additional reading material into Braille for the blind people.
• Having discussion with Atikah Kamaruddin and Noor Atiqah to discuss about the list of the government agencies that have publications department.

• We all were given a task early in the morning that help the company make the braille from the normal text book and transform it into braille. 
• We follow the company representative, Pak Abu and Mr Sheon meeting with DBP Publishing Director Tuan Haji Abd Khalik Sulaiman and the Head of Intellectual Property (Hajah Asiah Daud). 
• Create a report based on appointment with Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka (DBP).

• Yeahh today is my first time in practical.My company name is MMastec Engineering Sdn. Bhd at Setiawangsa.One of the product that are produced in this company are Braille books.Our company is the only one company that are publish the Braille book in Malaysia.

• Mr Abu who is company supervisor had giving his briefing about our job description.

• We have to prepare a letters from MMASTEC ENGINEERING SDN.BHD  to the other book publisher company and translate that letter into BM format.

• Have a meeting with one of MMASTEC Board of Director which is Dr.Marzuki.In that meeting, we have devide into 2 groups which is:

• Mr Sheon : Ahmad Nazri Bin Raithol Afthal, Nur Atikah Kamarudin, Jasmalina Jamaludin (ME) and Noor Atiqah Zulkefli.
• Pak Abu: Mohd Nur Faizuddin Bin Mohamed Yusof, Mohammed Farhanuddean Bin Ahmad Najib and Puvendren A/L Subramaniam.

• We make discussion to make question for meeting with Dewan Bahasa Dan Pustaka(DBP) for tomorrow.
